AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS
The Coves at Monticello is an income-restricted, affordable housing community in Fluvanna County, Virginia. Please contact us for more information on income restrictions – which are based on the number of household members, etc.
PET FRIENDLY APARTMENTS
The Coves is a pet-friendly apartment community with the following conditions: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit; if pet exceeds 50lbs. at FULL maturity, a pet interview must be conducted prior to move-in. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, Chows, and Spitz. Additional fees are required.
